CANCELLATION POLICY
All clients, both new and existing will be asked to put a card on file when booking an appointment. We kindly ask that any rescheduling or cancellation of appointments be made 48 hours prior to the appointment. No shows or last minute cancellations will result in a fee equivalent to the services booked. If you have any questions or need to contact us about rescheduling or cancellations, please call us directly at 716-778-7800. If we are closed please leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible during our business hours. Our stylists' emails or social media messages may not be checked daily. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a service please call the salon within 72 hours of your service to rectify. We do not issue refunds.
